At Jordan Trends, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when you order from us.

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution for you – this can include a replacement, exchange, discount, or refund, depending on the situation and the conditions below.

You can always submit a request through our website’s Returns page.

Just choose whether you want a return, exchange, or refund, and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

We’re not a “wear and return” store like big marketplaces, so we can’t accept returns for every possible reason (for example, simply changing your mind). But if there is a real issue with your order, we are on your side and will work with you to fix it.

## 1. When a Return, Exchange or Refund May Be Approved

We usually consider returns, exchanges or refunds within 7 days of delivery in cases such as:

* Clear defects in product quality
* Significant sizing issues (for example, the product does not match the size chart or is clearly mislabeled)
* Wrong item, size, or color received compared to your order confirmation

To understand the situation and help you faster, we may ask for photos or videos showing the issue.

Examples that normally do not qualify:

* You changed your mind after receiving the item
* You decided you don’t like the style anymore
* You found the item cheaper somewhere else

We review every request individually and reserve the right to approve or decline it after checking all the details.

## 2. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must:

* Be in original, unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, or washing)
* Include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer or to any address that was not provided by our support team.

## 3. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is on our side, for example:

* Wrong item, size, or color shipped
* Clear manufacturing defect
* Confirmed quality issue

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions or a label where applicable.

If we approve a return as an exception (for example, the item is fine but you don’t want it anymore, and we agree to accept it back):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

## 4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not been delivered and you haven’t received a refund:

Shipping labels are generated exactly from the information you enter at checkout.

If the address or contact details are entered incorrectly, we may not be able to recover or refund the order.

Please always double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If you believe the delivery problem was caused by our mistake (for example, the wrong address was printed even though your order shows the correct one), please contact us so we can review your case and try to help.

## 5. Refund Process

Refunds are only processed after:

* We receive the returned item, and
* The item is inspected and approved according to the conditions above.

Once your refund is approved:

* The refund is sent to your original payment method.
* Please allow 7–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you still don’t see your refund after this time:

* Check with your bank or card issuer for any pending or delayed transactions.

Refunds cannot be processed before we receive and approve the returned items.

Opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank does not speed things up and can sometimes delay the resolution because the payment provider freezes the transaction while they investigate.

## 6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, depending on stock availability and after approval.

You can choose between:

### 1) Standard Exchange

* You send back the original product
* Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the issue is clearly our mistake
* After we receive and approve the item, we ship the new item

### 2) Discount Option (Keep the Original Pair)

If the pair is still wearable but not perfect for you (for example, you prefer a slightly different fit):

* You keep the original pair
* We can offer you a 50% discount code for a new order
